This series expresses the tension between the natural and artificial by using stone structures that create a veil over dusk-like skies. In seeing a universal phenomenon like a sunset obstructed by a barely visible stone-like object, it calls into question the role of the artificial that continues to encroach on our everyday lives.

Cristhian Sabogal is a 3D artist and graphic designer based in New York. His work explores the natural, artificial and unknown primarily through 3D technology.
